Should your boat or other equipment get damaged through accident or misuse we will do all we can to assist you – we hold a full range of spares and will be happy to advise you on the best remedy. We also have approved repair centres able to offer efficient and reliable services.

At Rowing Centre (UK) Ltd we are so confident in the quality and standard of Swift Racing boats that in addition to our standard 3/5 year boat warranty, we are pleased to offer a 14-day money back guarantee.

Details

Rowing Centre (UK) Ltd (as the importing agent for Swift Racing boats) promises to refund the full cost of the boat(s), as long as you notify us within 14 days of receipt, if for any reasonable reason you are not happy with it (or them) and want to return it (or them) .

The procedure to follow is as below;

• Order of boat(s) and payment of deposit.
• Payment of remainder and collection or delivery of boat(s).
• Notification of wish to return boat(s) within 14 days of receipt of boat(s).
• Return of boat(s) within 14 days of first notification.
• Refund of 100% of boat(s) cost within 28 days of return of boat(s).

Return of boat(s) and refund of boat cost is restricted to boats that are undamaged in ANY way. Any transport costs arising from original delivery and subsequent return are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

For Clubs

This guarantee is only valid for the first Swift Racing boat (or boats, if more than one boat is ordered) purchased by the Club.

For Individuals

This guarantee is only valid for the first single scull ordered by an individual, as their own personal purchase.

Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by this offer in any way.

Warranty Information

Rowing Centre (UK) Ltd., warrants its river racing shells to be free from defects in material and workmanship for five (5) years from the time of shipment; for three (3) years for coastal/other boats; five (5) years for riggers; two (2) years for parts, spares and accessories; and two (2) years for oars. No other warranty or guarantee of any kind or nature, expressed or implied, is made (with the exception of the 14-day money back guarantee above).

Our warranty does not apply to products improperly stored or installed, damaged in transit, or as a result of misuse, neglect, accident or improper maintenance, or any repair or modification without our prior written approval. In the event of any claim under this warranty or otherwise with respect to our products, our entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be repair or replacement as decided by Rowing Centre (UK) Ltd., or the refund of the purchase price paid by you.

All warranty work shall be done in the UK/Ireland at our designated repair centre(s) and all related transport to and from the repair centre shall be your responsibility.
